Love Letters

I was actually surprised by this book. It was pleasantly entertaining and the writing wasn't all that bad. I feel like the author needs to gain a little maturity in her writing though. It almost felt like the book was written with a basic formul and she just filled in the blanks. Sometimes the author was a little too descriptive about what the characters were seeing or their surroundings. A lot of the detail was unnecessary.

The storyline was interesting, and while it wasn't exciting enough to bring me to the edge of my seat, I was definitely intrigued. The book was a little Twilightesque, and had a few similarities to the popular series.

Overall, not a bad read. I wouldn't say no if the second book in the series suddenly dropped in my lap.
